Great costume! Received defective item.

"This costume is really awesome and the concept is a great one. Unfortunately the one I received was defective on arrival (the fan had a short in it that made it shut on and off randomly) so I wasn't able to use it but customer service was kind enough to remedy the issue. I would definitely buy it again! I saw several while out trick or treating and they're friggin awesome"
