"This dress seemed to be fairly well made but was much too snug for a normal sized four year old to fit in. My daughter could not wear this for Halloween. Then to add to the problem, I check back and the site doesn't accept returns within 7 days of Halloween? What a poor policy and extremely customer unfriendly. I'll be going to another costume site next time."
