Unusable Costume and Bad Costumer Service
"When I received the costume it was horribly creased and mishapen. I laid it out hoping that it would bounce back but it didn’t. A warped M&M doesn’t work, the shape is the whole point. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They got back to me asking what the problem was. I sent photos of the costume and asked how I could return it. They said it had been too long and I could no longer return it. The item has never been worn and with the way it looks probably never will be. Such a waste. Most stores allow for 30 day returns which is why I didn’t get ahold of them right away. Instead I had to look for another costume because they don’t care how they package their items. Pretty unimpressed by them and their customer service. I will never shop here again."
