"I'm 6'1" and thought the L/XL would fit but it didn't. It was tight through the crotch and hood. Also, the baby kangaroo came ripped off. And unfortunately because I bought it from Canada, I couldn't cancel my order to start and no option to return. $95 Canadian down the drain. If you live anywhere but the US, don't order from here unless you are willing to take the chance"
"I ordered 2 weeks before my event and chose standard shipping because the estimated arrival was still 1 week before I needed it. After a week still no costume or email stating it had been shipped. I wrote to inquire about it and was given a reply of “so sorry for the delay” but no offer of when or if it would arrive. As far as I know, it still hasn’t shipped and I’m now 3 days before my event with no costume. I ordered a costume for my husband from a different company and it arrived on time no issues. I’ve learned my lesson."
