"Shipped the costume to an unknown address. I requested the address to be changed. They told me no it was too late. Funny since I received an email hours later stating the costume was shipping. Do not use this fraudulent company."

"The costume ran large. Fit a little funny. But my biggest problem was the return policy. Because I ordered it so late ( so close to the holiday), your return policy wouldn’t let me return it. So maybe if I could have exchanged sizes I would have been happier. But I’m stuck with a Batman costume that doesn’t fit and there’s no chance of even using it in the future. Probably won’t buy from here again."
