Terrible Customer service
"I only ordered this costume and paid it to be expedited. Only to find out a few days later that it wasn’t in stock and they cancelled it. When I asked them to cancel the order, they refused. They left me hanging and had to find other costumes at the last minute. If I could give zero stars, I would. Will never order from here again."
