Not what I expected
"The chest piece came quickly, but the quality of the item was sub par. The piece was creased and squished. When I removed it from the bag it left behind a button and one was hanging by a literal thread. The material is a cheap foam so steaming or ironing would be right out of the question. I sent an email per the return instructions and a follow up a few days later. I have heard nothing from the company about returning the unworn item. However today they sent a “how did you like this item” email. So I know they have a record of my purchase. It’s Halloween, a busy season. But weeks without a response is a bit much. With one other item priced under $10 I spent over $40 with shipping and tax. Oh well. I guess lesson learned."
