"5 minutes after placing an order I got the confirmation and realized Google pay filled in my sisters address instead of mine. I had my last purchase delivered direct to her. She lives a thousand miles away. I contacted customer service immediately and they said there was nothing they could do. Disappointing."
"I got the wrong spotlight. I wanted the one in the black case and got the orange halloween case one. I saw them reviewed side by side on youtube and the one in the black plastic had brighter more defined yellow color, I owned one of the black cased ones for years but it finally burned out. The one pictured on the web page I ordered from was in a black case and looked identical to the one I had. I was very disappointed with the dull image of the orange cased one i got produced. thank you."
