"The item was great but arrived 2 days before Halloween. I had ordered it 2 weeks before and customer service could not confirm it was coming in time. Had to buy another costume to make sure my child was ready for the holiday. Not sure I will order from company again. Customer service was very challenging and stressful"
"They sent one of the costumes with an incorrect size. The other costume was stated the correct size but when is two sizes too small and was missing the headpiece. Customer service was no help at all because they ignored all of my multiple messages and there’s no other way to get a hold of them, do not purchase from this company!"
