"I received this costume for my daughter and it was missing some items from inside the costume. I was worried because I had not used this company before and I thought I might not get a replacement if they were out or not in time. I reached out via email and had a response back right away and a new costume was in the mail the next day. It arrived complete and my daughter is so happy.
