"I ordered this costume for doing charity work for Christmas as Santa. I was not able to try it on immediately due to a surgery. When I did, the arms were too short & as an extra large ordered expected them to be longer. When I tried to exchange or return I was notified that I was outside of the timeframe due to Halloween being over. As a result, I will never order from them again. I usually order from Amazon & learned a lesson to not buy anywhere else. Always buy Amazon!!!!!! They take care of you."
