NECA - Gremlins Social Media Giveaway

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to National Entertainment Collectibles Association, LLC whose Instagram handle is @necaofficial. The "Prize" refers to a Gremlins Action Figure 2-Pack valued up to $80.

• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Time on July 24th, 2022. One (1) winner will be selected at random from total entries on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry, or 13 years of age with parental consent, except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per platform will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram by following NECA’s official accounts and the sponsor’s official accounts (costumesdotcom) and tagging one friend in the specified post.
• One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) entrant using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
• The competition is not applicable where prohibited by law.

How To Enter: 

There are three (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) via Instagram or (1) via Twitter. 

(1) Entry via Instagram: Entrants may enter during the Promotion Period via Instagram as follows:

•  Follow Sponsors’ official Instagram accounts (kidrobot AND cosumesdotcom);

• AND post a photo or video in-feed showing off your photos that includes the hashtag #KidrobotScreenTest (the “Sweepstakes Hashtag”) 

If you do not have an Instagram account, you can visit https://instagram.com/ or download the Instagram app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an Instagram account according to the instructions on the website/app. Creating an Instagram account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Instagram Terms of Use in order to create an Instagram account.

(2) Entry via Twitter: Entrants may enter during the Promotion Period via Twitter as follows:

• Follow Sponsors’ official Twitter accounts (kidrobot AND costumesdotcom);

• AND tweet a photo or video showing off your photos that includes the Sweepstakes Hashtag. 

If you do not have a Twitter account, you can visit http://Twitter.com or download the Twitter app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a Twitter account according to the instructions on the website. Creating a Twitter account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service in order to create a Twitter account.

Sweepstakes Hashtag is not case-sensitive. Posts made via Instagram or Tweets made via Twitter that adhere to the requirements set forth hereinabove are each a “Sweepstakes Entry” and collectively “Sweepstakes Entries”. BY SUBMITTING A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Partial or incomplete/piecemeal Sweepstakes Entries via Twitter or Instagram (e.g., not including the hashtag #KidrobotScreenTest) will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Entries must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Entries must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by Twitter or Instagram (as applicable). You may include text in the applicable comments section on Instagram or Twitter in addition to the Sweepstakes Hashtag, but this is not required (nor will the inclusion of additional text in any way increase your odds of winning a Grand Prize).

 

Sweepstakes Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. Sweepstakes Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Sweepstakes Entries. Proof of submission of a Sweepstakes Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. All Sweepstakes Entries must be submitted on Instagram or a “tweet” on Twitter respectively in their entirety prior to expiration of the Promotion Period.
