What are my payment options? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. We do not accept gift cards, personal checks, or cash. We only accept credit cards issued from the U.S.
Please Note: we do not accept prepaid credit cards and/or Visa gift cards unless there is a billing address registered with the card.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax for all of our domestic orders. You will be charged sales tax based on the zip code your order is shipped to. However, if for some reason you are not charged sales tax, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year.
Where do crates ship to? At this time, we can only ship to 48 of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship orders to the states of Hawaii and Alaska, as well as any U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship to any international locations. When do crates ship? Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1-2 weeks from your purchase date. Due to volume and unexpected carrier delays, we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Where is my crate? Once your crate has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you do not see your order tracking email information, please check your junk or spam folders.

Can I add more than one of the same item to my crate? No, you can only add one of each item to your Build-A-Crate. However, you can build an additional crate to add that item to a second crate.
How do I figure out my apparel size? You can use our size charts below. Please note: The sizes shown are only applicable to apparel items from Build-A-Crate.
