"I ordered this costume and it arrived defective. The seams in and around the satchel were never fully sewn so it all hangs open and dangles there. I deemed it unwearable. I contacted the service department 3 different times about sending it back for a refund and never got a reply. I’m throughly disappointed, not only in the quality of the product, but also in the business’s refusal to address my attempts to take care of the problem."
